My entries are Dragonflies that look like twigs and what lies beneath the Fall waters. I also wrote a post on hidden things a year ago called “A Blind Eye …” click here to find more of my “hidden” pictures in that post.

Here is my entry for Weekly Photo Challenge: Tiny
A day late, but here they are. Future blueberries and a wild flowering shrub I have not identified, yet. (see the ant?)

Here is my entry for Weekly Photo Challenge: Red
This was the most difficult challenge for me so far .. finding red in the woods is almost impossible this time of year and I had to get to know my camera much better to get a true red color. These are my best red shots so far. I have a lot more to learn about shooting the color red up close and personal. Today, I found some red willow branches near the water.

Here is my entry for Weekly Photo Challenge: Wildlife
Bears of course (they are from last year, but I have never posted them before):

  1. The squirrel is adorable…what a great shot. I love all of the lines.

  2. Cute little bugger.

  3. That’s such a cute photo of the squirrel!

    • I feel very fortunate when the timing of events and my camera just work out so perfectly.
The squirrels this Spring are driving me crazy with their bad behavior, but when I see something like this … I soften a little bit.

  4. These are great, Bearyweather! The squirrel is just too cute and funny. πŸ™‚

I’m glad you’re joining the challenge.

    • Thanks. I am wondering if I can complete the entire challenge with just pictures of nature … that is an added challenge I have added for myself.
I guess we will have to wait and see.

  5. Hi Bearyweather, Excellent pictures. I think the one of the squirrel is fabulous and love how it shows the little guy licking that tree trunk. Nicely done! Have a great day today!

  6. Great photos. Love them all. I’m adoring the squirrel!

  7. Your Numbers are GREAT, Bearyweather. Very creative. πŸ™‚

    • Thanks, I am glad you liked them. I found the easy roman numerals (X, I, V) first … they were my fall back if nothing else popped up.
The number 8 is easy to find, too … if you look for it.

  8. The morning photos over the lake are magnificent

  9. Just catching up with your weekly photo challenge photos. Really well done! πŸ™‚
